We believe in the gospel
The death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We believe one must die to sin, or to use the biblical term: repent (Acts 2:38). We believe one must be baptized with the name of Jesus invoked at the time of their baptism (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Acts10:48; Acts 19:5; Acts 22:16), and thus apply the burial of Christ to their lives (Romans 6:4). We believe we receive power only after the Holy Ghost is given to us by God (Acts 1:8). We believe one must receive the gift of the Holy Ghost to fully experience the new birth (John 3:1-5). We believe in Holy living (Romans 12:1, 2; 1 Peter 1:15-16).
